My Story

Growing up in China, my mother was always cooking and as a child, I was always following her around, being her little helper. I loved how she could make a meal out of anything and as simple as it was, it was full of flavour.

​

Fast forward to 2016, I moved to Australia to continue my studies as a Civil Engineer, leaving behind my home and family. I would try my best to replicate my childhood dishes, but as a student in a small room, it was near impossible.​

​

Then I met my Xoe who loved food just as much as me! She lived on her own and had a huge kitchen and invited me whenever I wanted to come cook, and I did. A lot!

​

We bonded over sharing meals together and she especially loved my chilli oil! She would share with her family and friends and they always told me I should sell it, but I didn't know how so she started a TikTok account to share the journey and it grew and grew.

​

Then our audience started asking us to sell it so she secretly created this website here and on our first day we sold over 100 jars of chilli oil, and we've been growing ever since!

 

We now have 6 products (with more on the way) and I'm truly blessed to be doing what I love with those I care about.​

My Recipes

I wish I could take all the credit for these recipes, but I have my family to thank. Generations of cooking handed down to me and now shared with you.

This is why I back every single jar of oil we make.

Because it's not good...it's great!

I use the freshest local produce and only the spices direct from China for that authentic taste and experience.

​

We make our oils in small batches so we can control the quality better and to ensure that ever jar is of the highest quality.

​
